This rare dress is imported from Japan, and was part of an officially licensed Collab with Japanese brand Hysteric Glamour in 2017.  Sleeves are short, with a pocket sewn on the front of the dress.  Super long Maxi length, on a super soft burnout style fabric.  This item is brand new, with all tags, etc from an archived & stored collection. Only 1 of these available - No sizing as this was a sample, but appears to be a loose fitting small to medium size.
